Travel Desk refund policy:
If the Travel Desk cancels a trip, traveler will receive a full refund. No refund for trip priced $10 or less. If traveler cancels three full working days before a trip, traveler will receive a full refund minus any paid-out costs. If traveler cancels less than three working days before a trip, no refund will be issued except in the case of an emergency.
